Working papers and research materials, gathered in 1977 by the University of Connecticut and National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, in honor of Burns Ballantyne Crookston (1922-1975), professor of higher education at the university, relating to current issues in student affairs and university administration. Includes articles, mss. of writings, and audiotapes, of Crookston; reports by Student Affairs and Evaluation Office, University of Massachusetts at Amherst and other authors on such subjects as university administration, fraternities, alcohol consumption and drug use on college campuses, university disciplinary systems, and sexuality; recorded meetings of Intentional Democratic Community (formerly known as Inner College) at University of Connecticut; and general correspondence and other papers pertaining to the collection.
